Terms of service
The terms on which Study UK Now provides its services.
Last updated 18 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Study UK Now website and our consultancy services. By enquiring with or engaging Study UK Now, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
Our services
Study UK Now provides advisory and application-management services to help international students apply to UK universities and for the UK Student visa. The specific services included depend on the package you choose, as described on our packages page.
No guarantee of admission or visa
University admission and visa decisions are made solely by the universities and by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), not by Study UK Now. We work to maximise your chances, but we cannot and do not guarantee any offer, scholarship or visa outcome. Any indication of likelihood is our honest professional opinion, not a promise.
Accuracy of information
Visa, fee and policy information on this website is general guidance and can change. We tie our guidance to primary sources such as GOV.UK and UCAS with the date we last checked it, but you must always confirm the current rules on the official source before relying on them. Study UK Now is not a law firm and does not provide regulated immigration advice beyond what is permitted; where regulated advice is required, we will tell you.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and honest information and documents.
- Meet deadlines and respond to requests in good time.
- Pay university tuition, visa fees and the immigration health surcharge directly to the relevant body.
Fees & payment
Package fees are payable as set out at the point of purchase and are in GBP. University tuition and government fees are separate and paid directly to the university and UKVI. Refund terms, where applicable, are set out in your service agreement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the affected service. We are not liable for decisions made by universities or UKVI.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? Email hello@studyuknow.com.
