Privacy policy

How Study UK Now collects, uses and protects your personal data.

Last updated 18 June 2026

This policy explains how Study UK Now handles the personal data you share with us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to processing your data lawfully under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or book a consultation, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, country, study level, subject, timeline and any message. If you purchase a package, payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your card details.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide our consultancy services.
  • To arrange your free consultation and keep you informed about your application.
  • To improve our service and, where you have consented, to send you relevant information.

Where it is stored

Enquiry details are emailed securely to our advisers through Amazon Web Services' email service (EU, Ireland); we do not keep them in a separate database. Our website analytics is hosted by Cloudflare, and Google processes Google Analytics data. We use reputable processors and only share your data with them to the extent needed to provide our service. We never sell your personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@studyuknow.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Cookies & analytics

We record how the site is used, with our own analytics and with Google Analytics: the pages viewed, time on page and how far down they were read, clicks, form submissions and page-speed measurements, each with the time, the referring website, your IP address and the network it belongs to, approximate location (from the IP address), browser, device, language and a random visitor identifier. Our cookies are _wsv (the visitor identifier, kept for two years; a copy is kept in your browser's local storage), _wss (a session marker, 30 minutes), _wso (remembers that you opted out) and _wsi (marks our own team's browsers, so our visits are left out). Our own records of visits are kept for as long as they help us run the site; records of automated traffic are deleted after 90 days. Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_<id> (two years) and keeps its data for 14 months. We set no advertising cookies and never sell your data. You can switch analytics off in this browser, ours and Google's alike:
