This policy explains how Study UK Now handles the personal data you share with us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to processing your data lawfully under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or book a consultation, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, country, study level, subject, timeline and any message. If you purchase a package, payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your card details.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide our consultancy services.
• To arrange your free consultation and keep you informed about your application.
• To improve our service and, where you have consented, to send you relevant information.

Where it is stored

Enquiry details are stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase) and notification emails are sent via Resend. We use reputable processors and only share your data with them to the extent needed to provide our service. We never sell your personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@studyuknow.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Cookies & analytics

Study UK Now runs without intrusive tracking. If analytics are enabled, they run in a privacy-first, cookieless mode with no advertising cookies. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
